"We got what we paid for. Complementary breakfast was simple but so nice to have each morning and saved us so much money for breakfast. Rooms were really small and elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. They were slow when we called to ask for towels but brought them up when we reminded them. Online pre check in was great and made checking in easy. Definitely could use a renovation as there were stains and chips but we were able to afford staying in New York during Christmas...
