"Can never go wrong with this Holiday Inn. It connects to the mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and going grocery. The staff are professional and warm. My only issue here was the mattress we had was a little too soft. Overall, love this hotel."

"The hotel has been a favourite since I was younger but I do think maintenance and improvements need to kick inn. I had an issue with my room, had a leak inside the bath. Told I was to be moved but no one followed up. I being an IHG member, expected a bit more. Food was good as usual. "

"There was just no trash bin in the kitchen which is necessary and the lighting can be improved to make the space brighter. Additional plates and saucer may help as well. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable with friendly staff and clean ambiance."

"Staff members are very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast is very good - buffet. Generally it's clean. They clean the room everyday as requested. There's always bottled water in the rooom as complimentary amenity. Internet has average speed. Towels are old and they need to buy new ones."

"Great service during check in and check out. The frontdesk clerk offered me to upgrade which was a great option for me as we liked the room so much and he offered the Accor membership which I’ve considered also. "
