「Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. I had explained that that was the reason for our holiday and hoped they would do something a bit special, such as leaving a bottle of wine or a cake...

「 Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.」

「Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. 「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」

「Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. 」

「Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! 」

「A little hard to find at first, but a great place to stay. I had to find a hotel on short notice as the one I reserved turned out to be 50 miles away from Sofia. Friendly staff that always found room for me to park my rental car. Reasonably priced breakfast with a bar. I’lol stay there again next time I visit.」

「Hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The only problem was that the AC was not working during our stay and we prefer a cooler room. Also the pillows need to be more solid. 」
