"Seb at front desk was very accommodating and friendly. It's an older property but upkept well. I particularly liked that the room wasn't freezing when I came in. "The hotel is short staff for cleaning and it showed. Many guests at the pool were complaining how dirty their rooms were. We weren’t the only ones that found someone else’s hair in our bed or someone else’s hair on the dirty bathroom floors. Even a quick swifter could fix that. I’ve learned to bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies but the others I don’t think you’ll see again. Front desk staff was very nice"
