「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「The new renovations are very nice. However, the walls are very thin and noise from other rooms can easily be heard. The staff is fabulous and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because of the HVAC system and our second room was not as clean as the first one. Overall, the property is much better now and is a fantastic value. Bacon every morning made my stay even better! The bad ratings no longer apply to this newly renovated property. I would stay here again because it is a great...

It’s so new, that I had a hard time finding the entrance, my gps took me around in circles until I finally found it. That was the only negative thing about my stay. And the food was excellent!」
