「Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed.」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while traveling. The staff is very professional, even if they are a little difficult to understand with heavy accents, and they are always kind and smiling. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and they offer a full hot breakfast buffet. The only issue we encountered this time was a heavy scent of marijuana smoke in the hallway when we were leaving in the morning.」
