"The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner. "

"We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged.
