「A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels.」

「Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant」

「La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa...

「I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive...
