Thr furniture in the lobby was very worn and did not give you a good impression of the facilty. Breakfast was so/so. Had wrapped breakfast sandwiches to microwave but they were not all that good. Did have waffles."

"First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. We did not realize this. So, some units are better taken care of than others. Ours was adequate but in need of updates. With this resort,...
