"Noise: the hotel plays club music in the open courtyard 8-11pm where old male guests try to dance with youbg belly dancers. The walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations next door so with that kind of music you wont be ablw tonsleep. Staff refuse to tuen it down. If you have tours scheduled early (some tours depart around 5am), you'll be exhausted. Worsr cuatomer service I've ever experienced where the stafd will hang up on you and ignore you for an hour when youre standing right in...

"Wonder full service. Includes quick shuttle to top gate at Heliopolis (which is of course why you are here). A little further out of town (but still very easy walk), but extremely modern and clean - a nice change from the traditional pensions we have stayed in) . Breakfast was crazy good - so much variety."

The customer service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly spacious and featured a very comfortable bed—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Turkish breakfast offered was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. What truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of providing towels and shampoo for our visit to Pamukkale after check-out. It’s these little details that make a big difference! If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, White Heaven Suite Hotel is definitely the top choice."
