"Front desk person was on the phone selling a potential customer a room for 15 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in. I get it if she’s the only one working but why not AT LEAST, say hey hold on a second please. Or anything… after driving 13 hours I needed to use the restroom and I was about to bleed all over the lobby because it took so long to check in when there was absolutely no one else there. The vibes were cute. Definitely need to do better at keeping vagrants out of the lobby and loitering outside. One was yelling he was kill us right when we walked out to grab some dinner… then when we got back after the same guy WAS CHILLIN INNTHE LOBBY ?!?! I was so freaked out I couldn’t sleep all night. The best part was the in-house coffee bar and knowledgeable barista! My morning matcha was so good I had him make me second (after that drive and not sleeping all night I really needed it) this place has great potential but needs to work on training the in-take staff and keeping guest safe. Rooms are cute and great prices. Just something to think about"
