「Habe mich spontan entschieden ein paar Tage von der Insel aus zu arbeiten und daher eine Unterkunft gesucht die meine Anforderungen und besonders eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung bietet. Grundsätzlich ist mir Ruhe wichtig und diese ist zumindest von außerhalb gegeben. Innerhalb des Gebäudes sieht es allerdings anders aus. Super super dünne Wände. Es war absolute lowseason und kurz vor Winterpause. Dementsprechend war es nicht sehr voll im Hotel. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für den Preis...

「我们是4人一房的，一室一厅的小公寓式房间。厨房空间很宽敞，考虑很周到；房间设备齐全且先进方便。酒店楼顶很棒，很舒适悠闲，适合悠闲聊天晒太阳的下午，唯一有点失望的是泳池太小了。酒店的服务人员都会英文，非常热心。酒店位置很便利，周围逛街吃饭，去可以到达海边的公交站都非常方便。」

「L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.」

「Struttura molto pulita ed esteticamente carina. L'appartamento era attrezzato di tutto, ci hanno anche cambiato la macchinetta del caffè con una da espresso. L'unica pecca erano i fornelli (non si leggevano i numeri sul display e quindi andavamo un po' ad istinto!) e i letti singoli (avremmo preferito un matrimoniale... Mio marito è caduto in mezzo ai due letti mentre si girava) Per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo」

「Das Apartment befindet sich in einer schönen und sicheren Lage. Die Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr gut, man kommt schnell in alle Richtungen. Die Nähe zu den Promenaden ist sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Unterkunft. 」

「Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i Palma. God modtagelse af vært, og hjælp med aircondition. Mindre støj fra gaden end frygtet. Eneste minus, var den stejle trappe op til lejligheden. Kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang 」

「Incredible location. Right in the heart of Palma. You can walk to everything. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Tons of space. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Just wish we had more towels. Also, directions for the washer/dryer would be great. Parking is hard to find. Have them give you the exact location of the garage to use. 25 Euro for overnight parking. 」

「All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! 」

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
