Beautiful view from our balcony. All the dishes are the same and functional. Well equipped. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great place. WE stayed there the second time and will be back.

The property had all the amenities I needed. The property resembled a small apartment, which is plenty of room for 4 guests. The front desk was very receptive to the requests of items and was easily reachable via phone. The only downside to the property is that the walls were very thin. I could hear the people walking in the hallway, the luggages rolling on the pavement, and the lawn mower going off every now and then.

The $25 food credit from Expedia should be made easy for guests to use. The resort should add it to the guests' reservation immediately upon check-in so that guests don't have to communicate back and forth to get it all sorted out. It took a lot of time from us for just $25 credit.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and the property in general. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Having a washer and dryer in our unit was a bonus. My husband was very happy to have the golf course basically walking distance. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance so I would suggest having a car rental which we did so it wasnt an issue.

The view of mountains from the balcony is very beautiful. The property has well maintained pool and cabana. The rooms are well lit and the kitchen is fully equipped. However the property is old and doesn’t not feel like a Hyatt hotel. The most inconvenient part is that it does not have any EV chargers on the property and the nearby supercharger was 2.5miles. Overall it was good but not a great one.

Property is conveniently located and has all you need. Quick repair on our room toilet upon arriving. The only disappointment was the minimal room cleaning. No bedding change in 9 days and no consistent towel change.

We enjoy the spacious one bedroom unit and it was very quiet. The amenities are perfect, especially if you have children. The only complaint is that there was a tip envelope for the housekeeping staff, but we were there 3 days and all we noticed was that they emptied the wastebaskets one day.
