"Great location in relation to Port Authority Bus station, Madison Square Garden and Bryant Park. Walls were thin, heard the neighbors talking and got woken up early by their shower. Room was little, but the locaton to where we wanted to go was perfect. Room was outdated, but clean. "

"Unfortunately the lobby and sidewalk are were under construction. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was upgraded without even asking. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The location in Manhattan was perfect. Walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Penn Station, Central Park."

"The staff and service for this hotel was truly amazing and made it stand out from other hotel experiences. They provided help with my luggage and always provided water bottles. The only downside to the room was the lack of space in the bathroom. It had no where to place things in the restroom to get ready. The location is great, we had many options to eat and drink around and felt safe. "
