"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! "Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House"

"Great room in the center of everything. Walk to shopping, dining and there are a ton of tour options in the area. Very nice staff and the fact they offer airport pickup and drop off was helpful. If you are going to stay an extended time, the well equipped kitchen is a huge plus. Breakfast is included. There is no ocean view, but you will have plenty of ocean when you dive or snorkel or kayak. I would stay there again. Great bang for your buck$."
