"This is the best place to stay after busy and loud crowds of the city. Alfonso is the most gracious of hosts and has built a beautiful home with six guest rooms that each have their own bathrooms, all situated around an inner courtyard. "The staff at the hotel, literally everyone, specially Alegría were beyond amazing and accommodating. This will be a forever must hotel for our family. It is in a great location, 1-2mins walking from the alcazar and cathedral…. There’s nothing negative that can be said about this hotel. Also, their breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfast I have had, definitely need to have breakfast at least once during your stay!"

"We did not get the room that we requested. But we arrived early. The reception was very nice to let us to check in early. Nice people, great breakfast, beautifully decorated. Since it is inside the ally, taxi was not able to park in front of the hotel. Overall, it was nice stay."

"Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge. Once re-opened it was great."

"Wow!! An amazing apartment for a family short stay. The apartment was clean and beyond our expectations. Lockers in the garage was really helpful before check in as we arrived early and then we used them again as we had a later flight. Communications was spot on via text messages. The cathedral was walking distance as well as the restaurants. We would stay here again. "

"We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!"

No toilet paper but I’d still come back

"The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! Maybe you need to ask them for this but I would assume hotels in other parts of the world are the same where they come daily to maintain. I’m from the USA and a maid comes in everyday normally. Can’t beat the price and location but I had to steal a roll of TP from the lobby bathrooms!"
