I travel alot for work, stayed in another hotel chain a couple nights before this who charged $50 for incidentals, which is reasonable. I was shocked when this one wanted $250 for incidentals - and was told by the clerk that people have "thrown TVs out the window". Ok, well I'm an almost 60 year old woman traveling for business, I'm not going to be throwing a TV out the window. She said the charge varies by the location. So, be prepared if you have limited funds.
The facility itself was fine - clean, the bedding was comfortable, yet some of the furnishings were old, including a 20-year old sofa with a large hole in the seat cushion, and a vanity light with a burned out bulb. The facility definitely has some age but is decent and I slept well.
The breakfast area had cereal, breads, muffins, waffles, yogurt and no fruit.
Upon leaving in the morning, it appeared there were two homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. (Maybe they didn't have the $250 in their account for incidentals..)
