"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We got engaged just next to the apartments near the canal. Beautiful dock at the end of alley and amazing service by everyone we met at the apartments. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend! "

"Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect. "

"We had a great stay! Staff was very flexible and communicative. At first, we were supposed to arrive after hours so we arranged to meet later in the day. We ended up having a last minute change of plans and we arrived earlier, the staff was flexible and our room was ready by the time we get there. Highly recommend. Ps: be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage."

"Beautiful view of the gardens next door. Close to the Mestre train station. However no air conditioning, shared bathroom between 3 different rooms mean you have to wait for others to shower to pee and a few mosquitos (expected but no nets or anything to combat them with."

"Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! Later we enjoyed...

"Excellent place to stay"

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...

"Lovely place to stay when in Venice. It’s central in Venice in a quiet area. Short walk from all the busy shops and dining areas. I can’t remember the name of the man who worked at front desk but he was lovely and provided a delicious Italian breakfast every morning. Highly recommend staying here if you want a more intimate place in Venice for one or two days. "

"Nicole was excellent at communicating and both her and Monica were so warm and welcoming. The room, common area, and patio were spotless with beautiful furnishings and decor. Such a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay in a great walkable location. Minou, the friendly black cat was the icing on the cake. Absolutely loved my stay and will recommend to friends and anyone going to Venice."
