"One of the elevators on the north tower is down and needs to be repaired right away. The nuisance Was having to wait long periods of time for the elevator. And not only just long periods of time, but both elevators would be fully packed almost every time They stopped."

"Freddie at the desk was very friendly at 0100hrs as we checked in. Hotel hallway was a bit stale smelling, but the room was clean, though a little bit dated. Met our needs for a first night after landing in Orlando!"
