「Hotellipalvelu ei vastannut viittä tähteä, se oli kasvotonta, henkilökunta oli liian kokematonta, ei vastaa 5 tähden palvelun osaamista. Oli erikoista, että spaahan piti varata aika joka päivä ja esim. yritimme varata aamulla klo 9, mutta se ei onnistunut, koska spavastaava tulee vasta klo 10. Sovimme, että hän varaa ja saamme tiedon kun tulemme rinteestä. Ilmeisesti vastaanottohenkilö ei ollut muistanut tehdä varausta koska kun palasimme ip niin meille ei ollutkaan vapaata spa-aikaa....

「I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However...

「A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks...

「Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical...
