「Will not consider to use again.」

「We had a City View King suite. Comfortable bed. Beautiful amazing views of the City. We ate at the rooftop restaurant which had Fantastic views and the restaurant itself was very romantic with flowers and candles. Food was excellent. The hotel service was not so good. We requested an additional pillow (there were only 3 pillows for 2 people, like were we supposed to share the 3rd one??) I requested an extra pillow at least 6 times, it never came. They do not put enough towels in the bathroom,...
