"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"Hotel Le Fint had no record of my booking and they were full. Luckily they managed to re arrange rooms and fit me in. Why was this Expedia. A reoccurring problem of hotels not reciveing bookings from you."

"We had a wonderful stay Residence Bab El Janoub. Its a very spacious apartment with big hall, dining area, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. "Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "

"The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing..
