Staff were awesome and very friendly. Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work for the two nights, had to have the balcony window open which was extremely noisy, toilet constantly flushed, shower basin had hairs in it, temporary electric fan providers like sleeping next to a jet engine. Other than that had a great stay!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and central with lots of dining options. Valet parking was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked to receive by VIP drinks voucher but this was never mentioned.
