"The staff of the hotel were really helpful. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk for their help in getting to a few local places. They really made my stay that much better. My only complaint is the limited hours available for dining and the lack of room service."

"The housekeeping manager, Miriam, was outstanding, and her whole crew was lovely. The beautiful "flowers" they make out of towels and tissues for each room are something you usually only see in the highest end hotels. A great place to stay - always my favorite!"

"It’s always great stay here. We have come here so many times and stayed in the hotel for most of the salsa events. We always treated with respect and care. Steward is the best he is always so understanding to everyone and accommodates everyone he can. "
