"I love being able to stay in the updated rooms, although the television wasn't working (I guess I needed the quietness). A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!"

"This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money "
