From the photos online the hotel appears modern but once you're in the rooms the quality of the mattresses, sheets and towels are very old and worn down. The A/C unit in our suite made a loud noise as well as the fridge the entire night. And most importantly, as we were gathering our things to leave and checking the bed to make sure nothing was left behind we found multiple blood stains. It was disgusting.

The amenities are on the web site but don’t exist when you get there. They say there is theme park shuttles but then I got there and they don’t have in the afternoon when you check in. The ac unit didn’t work and for 3 days I called and they kept saying they would fix and on day 4 they said they couldn’t get the part. I was told I would be discounted because of this but no manager was ever around to do so. There were blood stain and mold in the pull out sofa. Cabinets were broken. Dishwasher didn’t work. I have photos of all that I can share.

Our stay was great. For a 5 day stay it was nice having a suite with options. The property was nice. I would say my only complaints would be, breakfast was good but lacked a little variety for hot food after a few days. The bathroom needed a fan, the shower was nice though. Although both of those wouldn't be deal breakers for coming back. If you want to go to the parks they have shuttles. Overall, great stay and great neighborhood
