"Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room. "

"Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. "Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "Stayed for 5 nights and it was fine for what we paid but the shower didn’t have much power (especially if the cistern was still filling or a tap was running) the shower cubicle leaked and the bed sheets were a bit grey & stained (felt & smelled ok but need replacing really.) The lift needs some maintenance as it makes a terrible noise which is pretty annoying and disturbing especially at night.
