"Great service at the front desk and in the cafe. One staff member graciously and patiently helped us with how to operate the velvets to go up to our floor using our key. The surrounding area was a typical downtown area with questionable level of safety however, the hotel as multiple safety measures in place and I never felt in danger or at risk. "

"Honestly for being a pretty cheap option at 88 dollars a night it was fantastic. Beautiful Courtyard and incredible helpful and professional staff. The Housecleaning was pretty helpful as they helped me when i was missing something from my room. Only problem i would say is in the suite i got had a Jacuzzi in it had a lot of fuzz and hairs in the tub. Admittedly i should've came to the understanding thats just how it'd be but it is what it is. Also had a walk in shower, 10/10, if you're heading to Buffalo, this is the Hotel you want and need"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The only complaint is that I couldn't get the room cold enough, which is more of a me problem. The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Out of my time there for the week I would say I came across 6 front desk employees and out of those 6 only 2 of them had great customer service. That would be my only complaint because your front desk are the first and last people that your guest come in contact with. "
