"It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Nice hotel. Our room was quiet hot, they tried to sort it, but it's not aircon, so it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Reception gave us a fan which helped a bit. Breakfast was lovely. "The bareception was kind, helpful and friendly. The bed was narrow but it has a good extra matless for asleep. There was a flexible desk and a chair. Only one thing, the water dumped to the washroom area from the shower booth. "
