"The Rooms were NOT at ALL as advertised. The Beds were not what we had reserved. The staff gave us the accommodations that we had payed for online, but the rooms and beds were all smaller than advertised. We had booked a queen and King suite with two separate bedrooms and we were given a Double and two twin beds. "We had big payment issues since the hotel denied any relation with Expedia and wanted us to pay again. Then the rooms were dilapidated. Missing TV and the shower was giving electric shock. The first cottage didn't even have water. Also breakfast was below standard of the room rate."

"We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet."
