We really liked the hotel! Our only complaint would be that was a rather small room and that it was noisy. Dodge street is right next to it and you could hear the cars while in your room and could hear the doors in the hallway slam shut as well as the people in the hallway talking. Beautiful area and amazing foodand shopping nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located and not too far from the downtown and the Old Market area. Old Market is a nice walkable area with lots of shops and places to eat. The hotel room, was more of a suite than a room and very clean. There's a stove,oven, microwave and a refrigerator in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We were there through the weekend and it was very quiet at night. We went walking around the area and there are shops and a few places to eat nearby. There was a convenient grocery store next to the hotel, but it was closed permanently but there is a Walgreen's within walking distance. This was our second time here and when I visit Omaha again I will come back to the Element.

We stayed there on a busy Saturday night. The staff was not able to keep up with the number of guests. Lots of messes in the common areas, lots of noise, people with their shoes off and feet up on the coffee tables in the lobby! No coffee on Sunday morning. We are Bonvoy members and didn’t get our welcome gift. We were put in an accessible room that was in need of repairs and an update.

Parts of nice plaza area. Love the kitchenette and the rooms were small but comfortable. A lot of street noise on Dodge. Excellent breakfast. Could have better security features - installing a card reader on elevator would be good.

Lower pet fees than other properties at $30 a night for two dogs instead of $50 per pet per night at others. Parking is an additional $15 per night. Great stay, clean and great breakfast!
