"This property is historical and quaint, it was where the Olympic athletes stayed for the 1960 Olympics. It was a bit tricky trying to find where the front office was, but we loved the location. The woman at the front desk was great and so helpful. We were so pleased that we had bikes available on site for our use. Walking to the main Ski Area was easy. It is showing some age on the outside, but the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, including warm robes."

"Love the location to the Olympic Village, pet friendliness, super comfy bed and the bar for bites and creative libations. All staff were wonderful. We fully expected high rates for the convenient location and splurged $2500 for 3 nights over Valentines & Presidents weekend. We wouldnt pay that again unless PlumpJack refreshed its tired rooms. It’s time…."

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
