"If you want to be near and yiu like to walk this is a perfect location and a real bargain. We walked to Old Town at 11pm on a Sat night and felt completely safe. The front desk staff was great. It was clean and fleshly painted. The bed was really comfortable. I'm used to sleeping under a blanket. I like the weight on me. I could have used a blanket. We were in the back unit so the road traffic noise was less for us. "

"You can't get a better location for spring training, because it's an easy walk to the stadium and also steps from Old Town. The pool and hot tub areas were nice, though the chaise lounges were extremely uncomfortable unless you padded the bar going across with a towel. There was a nice cafe. Apparently it is being torn down or renovated according to a permit application sign in front.
