"Life House Berkshires looks great, but no one actually works there. Or at least that's how it seemed during our stay. I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. "My room was clean with fresh sheets and duvet on a comfortable bed. I loved the walk-in ceramic shower. The curtains show a little wear but that did not bother me. The location cannot be surpassed as you can walk to many restsurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again. There are some renovations going on, but again, that did not bother me.
