マンションの一室みたいな感じで、洗濯機や冷蔵庫(冷凍庫アリ)、電子レンジ、浴室乾燥がついている。 ただ洗濯機はカビ臭くて、掛け布団も所々シミがある(中のシーツは綺麗)。 ロケーションはかなり良くて、道路を渡ればパイナガマビーチなので、気軽に海に入れる。 飲食店が集まる中心地まで徒歩15分ほどで、車がなくてもアクセスしやすい。 コスパが良いのでまた利用したいが、掃除をもう少ししっかりしてもらえたらすごくいい。

・室内がカビくさい ・エアコンが故障していて漏水しており、ベッドのシーツがビショビショ ・壁に穴があり、ガムテープで補修跡あり ・ウォシュレットが故障していた

家族４人で３泊４日お世話になりました。他の口コミを見ると不安もありましたが、駐車場も止められましたし、もし空いてなかったらいつでも連絡下さいとの事でしたし不安もありませんでした。事前になるべく上の階でとメールしておいたら本当に最上階にして頂けてテンション上がりました。眺めも最高でした。部屋もカビ臭くもなく綺麗でしたよー。シャワーは初日は若干ぬるめでしたが使い方が分かると全然問題なし！掃除は有料だったので依頼はしませんでした。タオル類はフロントに持ってっての交換だったのでそこが唯一面倒なところでしたが、勤務体制を最少人数でやってるから致し方ないなかなと。４日間と快晴で部屋も立地も満足でとても良かったです。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

４度目の宮古島でこちらの施設は初めての利用で5連泊しました。口コミで部屋の臭いやシャワー、駐車場など不安材料が多く心配でしたがどれも問題無く使えたので一安心でした。部屋は臭かったら替えてもらおうと思ってましたが4階の3ベットの部屋は全く臭く無かったです。シャワーのお湯が出ないなどの問題は湯船のお湯をためながらシャワーを出すと湯量もしっかり出て普通に使えました。湯船もすぐにたまりました。駐車場はチェックイン時に5日分払いましたが満車で停めれなかったらその分は返金すると言われました。21時以降など遅めにもどると裏の駐車場が満車でしたが、ホテル前が空いてたりで5日間停められない日は無かったです。以前はIHがあったのかダクトがありますが今は調理などは禁止みたいで湯沸しとレンジだけがあります。冷蔵庫はそこそこ大きめでした。浴室乾燥は良く乾きました。

『安かろう悪かろう』そのもの。 このホテルを選んだポイントは、バストイレ別、湯船もあり部屋もベッドも広く宿泊代もビジネスホテル並み。 立地も、どこへ行くにもちょうどいい場所で、申し分ない良いホテルを見つけたと思っていました。 しかし、部屋に入ってすぐ落胆することに… 臭いまでは想定できませんでした….カビの臭いが酷すぎます。 高湿度と多少の建物の古さも原因の一つかと思いますが、考慮しても健康面が心配になるくらい…域を超えてます。 こんなホテルが日本にあるのかと…残念過ぎです。 本来なら、旅行の最終日には『帰りたくない』と思うものですが、ホテルから出られる安堵感の方が上回りました。 宮古島は、食べ物も美味しく自然豊かで、ゆっくり動く島時間がとても素敵なところでしたが、このホテルだけが残念です。 二度と選びませんし、薦めません。 笑えない酷さです。

口コミを見て予約したのである程度覚悟はしていましたがやはりその通りでした。 まずチェックインですが、当日になってもメールなどの案内は全くなくホテル入り口がわからない。 表通りは他の店舗が入っているためそちらに行ったら店舗スタッフが親切にホテルの入り口を教えてくれました。 非常口のようなところから2階に上がるとフロントがあります。 口コミでは外国の方が対応していると書いてありましたが、この日は日本の方でした。 車をホテル裏の駐車場に停めたのですが、本日満車なのでアートルエメラルド向かいのコインパーキング（24時間1000円）へ停めてくださいと片道1㎞弱を徒歩で帰ってきて駐車料金もなにももらえず。 部屋に入ると他の口コミのとおり洗濯機の排水口から下水の悪臭が。 おそらくエアコンを24時間付けっぱなしなので、部屋の中の湿度が低くなって封水トラップの水が蒸発しているのだと思い排水口に水を２Lくらい流してみたらほぼ臭いはあがってこなくなりました。 室内は入ってすぐにスリッパが置いてありましたが、床は砂のようなものでザラザラジャリジャリしていました。 3階の部屋だったので道反対の木があり海は何も見えませんでした。 浴室は掃除がされてきれいでしたが、安かろう悪かろうの典型かな。 次泊まることはありません。
