"Excellent stay! We were able to check in an hour early. Had a gulf front balcony room. Everything was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful when needed. The only downfall was the wedding at the hotel next door. Their music shook our room as we were on the end. But, it was Saturday night and it ended at 10:30. Staff from the Hilton came to check to ensure the noise was in fact from the hotel next door and not an upstairs neighbor. Would definitely return. "

"We upgraded to a suite, it did not disappoint. Very nice remodel, super comfortable beds and the kitchen was perfect! Bathroom was very clean and bright. Nice walk-in shower too! Housekeeping was great once they finally came, on day three of our trip. We called them twice then went to the front desk the next morning to ask. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign out, but once they came they came every day so it was fine. Check in was fine, quick. Pool was clean and nice, with hot tub. Two boardwalks to the beach and beach umbrellas for rent if you didn’t bring one. They are already setup on the beach daily, you can charge it to your room with the concierge on the beach. He was friendly as well and got our seats reserved and signed for very quickly! Overall great experience! "

"Front desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean . Bed was comfortable. Although breakfast was not free , it was great restaurant quality with a variety of food , fruits , and juices. We had chosen the breakfast option when booking , so didn't have to pay the standard breakfast price. Some other guests used the $25 daily food and beverage allowance to pay for their breakfast . Downside is housekeeping only every other day . Some remodeling going on , which didn't bother us. Road work near hotel made for traffic congestion at entrance and exit of hotel but this should ease after bridge work is complete. I would definitely stay here again. . ."

"The Beal house exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t even compare to how clean, pristine, and cute it was. The views are great and the staff did an excellent job at accommodating our group. They even gave my mom a gift for her birthday and my sister a gift for her gender reveal. The one thing to be aware of is 1) they don’t offer room service, and 2) if you are looking to make a room block, the event staff weren’t always the most responsive and sometimes made errors in our reservations that never got fixed (for example, they spelled my name wrong for the room block and after addressing it with them they STILL didn’t update the spelling; they also accidentally removed rooms from our room block and then were unable to add them later due to their error, leading to some people having to book through third party websites). Despite that though, we still enjoyed our visit and would go back!! Highly recommend. And the food was DELICIOUS!"
