"My husband has a temporary handicap parking permit. We were a little perturbed to see a pile of construction materials piled in the only handicap spot in the lot. This is a federal violation. As long as we park in a spot where we can keep a clear spot outside his door, to allow room for his long legs, we can make things work, but not everyone can! It looked like the materials had been piled there for a while. "
