"After reading several scathing reviews of this place, I decided to try staying there for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly the poor reviews are coming from people who are accustomed to staying at much fancier, more expensive hotels. But for the value, it’s hard to beat its prime location right by the beach and boardwalk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions and even gave me some great local restaurant suggestions. The room was clean and smelled clean. The shower had hot water, and yes the bathroom may be small but it wasn’t an issue for me. The room included a microwave and fridge and a TV. There is a typical window A/C and heater as well. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Cant say it was quiet as there seemed to be some families' living there with their young kids running up and down the hall way past 10PM...I finally opened the door and a man perhaps the father was standing in the doorway, and I said to him...."It a little late for all this noise"...he said sorry boss and told the kids to get in their rooms!!! That was the last of the noise!! Otherwise...all was good...one issue was the driveway was difficult to see...I know it was the turn before the Burger King but by 9PM the BK was closed and light was off.... "

"Property manager was great! Allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected. Pleasant throughout our stay and always talked to us when he saw us. Only a few blocks to the boardwalk. Pool was clean and taken care of. Overall great experience "
