"The breakfast is truly an amazing value!! Such an abundance of healthy, hearty food for 500 yen. The bath is quite nice! The lobby and lounge areas are super swanky, too! The single-person room was good enough for me! A complementary snack and teabags, with a hot water pot and a pitcher of ice water provided. Very polite and kind staff at checkin, breakfast, and checkout. They also held my luggage for the day after checkout."

"It was a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful with luggage. The hotel is very close to Zao Sanroku Station. Since there was a lot of snow on the top of Zao Mountain, the staff knew that we were here to visit. He saw that we were only wearing sports shoes, and suggested lending us a pair of rubber boot for temporary use. I was really so grateful to him.
