The best place to stay in Nuremberg
Probably the tenth time my wife and I stayed at this property. The perfect place to stop on our European road trips - easy motorway access, free and ample parking, excellent breakfast, great dinner options and the Tillypark neighborhood is a safe and clean place to stay and walk your dog if you're traveling with a pet. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Nuremberg.

Umgebung ok. Zimmer ok. Parken ok. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Aber: Personal nicht ok. Unglaublich unfreundlich und zum Teil arrogant- angefangen beim Check-In bis hin zum Frühstück. Beim Frühstück - Gläser/Teller gesprungen/kaputt, alles fehlte (keine Milch, kein Kaffee, Tische werden nicht gedeckt und alles stapelt sich. Auf die Frage, ob wir uns an einen aufgeräumt aber noch nicht gedeckten Tisch setzen dürften hat die Mitarbeiterin einmal kurz die Augen gerollt, und dann dreht sie sich einfach weg und geht! Ohne Worte! Sie ist nicht wieder gekommen. Einfach null Bock-Mentalität. Ich bin von Novina Hotels eigentlich positiv gestimmt gewesen, aber das war nicht in Ordnung.
