The manager was very rude when I tried to explain that the ADA covers service animals without extra charges. Never got key and was told he could not refund money because Hotels.com made reservation. Hotels.com service tells me that since it was after check in time, I could not get money refunded. Even though reservation was made well after their check in time to begin with. "
