"Overall a great stay close to Union Square. They were very busy during the holiday so I think a few cleanliness things got missed. Our floors looked like they hadn’t been swept/vaccumed/mopped. Found a random wrapper as well. Other than that the staff was really friendly."

"Hotel gave us an early check-in and upgrade. Gym was very nice for a hotel. Location was great - so close to both Chinatown and North Beach. Will stay here next time I’m in San Francisco."
