"We had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is very good if you want to explore the mountains. Lidl is a few mins away by car. We really appreciated the electric radiator in the bathroom as we could do some basic laundry during our stay. "

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso.
