"Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. "The rooms were not as clean as previous visits. They have a very limited breakfast on week days no eggs or sausages. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The Hotel Bemidji is in a convenient location. The furnishings are very basic as is the service. This is ideal when you are traveling and only want a place to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint, which for me is a big one, was that the toilets are not the more convenient high rise toilet. I had a very difficult time getting up from the toilet because it was so low. Very difficult is you are older. This was my only issue."

"Overall this stay was fine for the room price. My concerns were 1. There was a mouse in our room that was caught in a glue trap that was taken out of room by mgt.. 2. On one of the nights, there were people returning from bars in the hallway next to our room. Loudly talking. Knocking on doors loudly. This was at like 2AM. There was no attendant at the front desk past 8pm. to contact. Mgt. did leave a number to call after hours at front desk, but I wasn't going to walk down to front desk...
