"5 mins from airport. Room and property were clean and employee at the counter was friendly and professional. Only complaint was we had a very early flight and we kept hearing music. We dont know if the hotel had something going on or if it was from a guest. Either way, it kept us up 4 a little bit, not too long or we would have called down about it. We do recommend this hotel if you fly out of IAH since its affordable and the proximity 2 the airport is so convenient "

"I stayed for two days and the bed was really comfortable and the sheets were clean . One of my towels had a stain on it but i always bring my own towel and wash cloth . Only other con was the glass shower door would not close all the way . Overall 9/10 stay . I did not get to try the breakfast. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional . I like that they allow early check in and late check out "

"Excellent location and great place to stay with golf courses and tennis courts. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Some kids were loud in the hallway late at night. The restaurant wasn’t open Monday morning. It would be nice to be able to book tennis courts before noon. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again. "

"The Crystal Inn was a nice hotel. The rooms were very large and had a full size refrigerator, sink and stove top. Beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast so we do not know how that was. The parking lot is a little small, but we were able to get a spot right in front of our room. The person at check in was very nice. We were basically there to sleep. It was late when we checked in and early when we left. So, I can't say a lot about anything else. I would probably stay here again."

"Great location for where I needed to be. The exterior is more on the older side and so was the room, majority of the electrical outlets were not securely attached to the wall, charger kept falling out. The bed was clean and comfortable though. The lobby seemed fairly renovated and new. There are a good amount of tables and cubicles to eat or do work in on in the common area! I requested a late check out and they graciously gave me an extended late check out. Thanks, greatly appreciate...
