「The room was smaller than expected, and all the noise from outside came in. I stayed there for New Year's, but not only could I hear the sounds of the celebration, I could also hear every step and conversation of people walking in the hallway. The fire alarm went off at night, and a manager (I assume it was the hotel manager) was running through the hallway, asking, 'Is everyone okay in here?!' That seemed like an unusual fire safety procedure.」

「Ideal location! View was amazing and if you’re a sports fan you’ll love the convenience of walking out of the lobby doors and crossing the street to the Cincinnati Reds Stadium. The rooftop bar was one of the best rooftop bars I have been on! Spectacular views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. Super cool experience to sit out on rooftop bar during a Cincinnati Reds Game!! I highly recommend the AC Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cincinnati. 」

「The room we were in was not getting much heat. We called front desk and they gave us another room. Unfortunately, the new room had the same problem. When we checked out, the woman at front desk said there were many complaints of no heat. But took nothing off our bill. 」
