「The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. 」

「Everything was nice except for the curtain valance falling down from the wall. Luckily no one got hurt 」

「Hotel was clean and had everything we needed….except a complimentary breakfast. So many lesser hotels provide that at no additional expense. Front desk greeter very friendly. 」

「We enjoyed our stay the breakfast was convient plus the location of hotel being a few steps away from starbucks. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We booked a last minute room while visiting our parents to let the kids swim. The hotel was great, service was great and the breakfast was above average! The only complaint would be that the hot tub has no jets, it's just hot water, and the bathroom in the pool could use some cleaning!」

「They were quick to change our room when we found that the heat didn’t work but they had the pool area closed for quite some time and each staff member had a different story as to why. I stayed at this property 9 months ago and it has gone severely downhill since.」

「Overall it is a good hotel. The room is big. Paid breakfast is good and very friendly staffs. But since I stay at the first floor, I can feel the stamping from above floor and noise from time to time.」
