「Sheets were clean but with steins. Room with hair. Not very informative abiut breakfast schedule. Breakfast only option. No front picture. Map located to a different place.」

「Sort of off the beaten path. I booked for the restaurant since I was tired and didn’t want to venture out for dinner after traveling internationally for two full days. Turns out the restaurant is closed on Sundays though. They did arrange food delivery instead which was fine. But my options were Pizza, KFC, or Dennys. Would have loved a traditional local food option. The staff were all wonderful and overall this hotel was a great choice. 」

「Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

「I arrived on a Thursday, Thanksgiving Day and the beach, although an over cast day, the beach was just wonderful. La Ceiba is not exactly a clean city and beaches are certainly dirty and the sand is the color is pukey brown/grey yet, the view of the Caribbean Sea erased those minor imperfections. The staff of HPB is nice and willing to please. They are not aggressive but genuinely want to assist. Lots of please/thank yous. Coming from Tegus where everyone is sort of rude, this was a nice...
