"My stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable, thanks to the behavior of the receptionist, Jameya Holder. She was shockingly unprofessional, outright refusing to give me a receipt for my stay, something that should be routine. Her aggressive tone and hostile attitude made the entire experience even worse. I’ve never encountered such rude and disrespectful customer service—absolutely disgraceful."
