"The only suggestion we would have for improvement would be to raise the level of the beds in the rooms designated with a roll in shower for wheelchairs. The bed was soft, it was comfortable but because it sat lower than my husband‘s wheelchair, it was difficult for us to raise him up get him back into the wheelchair. "

Think they definitely need in the mornings to have a desk clerk and a breakfast attendant not a Host who is trying to do it all. Other than that and a slight odor of cigarettes when we first got in the room, it was ok. "
